Report Section

Sent/Receive any report

  • This includes two branches “UPLOAD REPORT” and “VIEW REPORT”. this section includes “count” when received any new report.
  • UPLOAD REPORT This function includes three fields “select name”, “choose file”, and “remark”.
  • user can select single or multiple individuals from select name which includes all registered admin and employees on site with their respective departments in drop-down.
  • in choose file field user can select any type of file format to be sent as report, example: - excel, pdf, jpg, etc.
  • in remark filed (maximum 150 characters) are allowed.
  • • VIEW REPORT This tab includes “sent” and “receive” sections.
  • all reports sent or received are arranged in this tab. it also includes filters such as “select name” and “calendar” to access previous data of reports sent and received.
  • In view report user also can download all filtered data in pdf and excel format by just selecting desired format option provided.

Attendance/Activity report

  • This section of report management is divided into two “create report” and “view report”.
  • this section is also provided with “count” which gets refreshed on new report.
  • CREATE REPORT This tab includes “select name” filter as standard.
  • also list of created “category” of manpower department is listed.
  • other fields include “at site present”, “work description” and “choose image” is available.
  • user can simply feed the required fields and can send it as a report to individual or multiple users.
  • • VIEW REPORT This tab includes “sent” and “receive” sections.
  • all reports sent or received are arranged in this tab.
  • it also includes filters such as “select name” and “calendar” to access previous data of reports sent andf received.
  • in view report user also can download all filtered data in pdf and excel format by just selecting desired format option provided.


Create catagory master for report

  • In this tab all catergory’s of manpower can be created which are later reflected in create report category.
  • this tab also reflects the user name and department by whom category is been created and updated.
