For each site, you'll find a site Image, Site Name, Address, and a "View Site" button.

Exciting shortcuts are available for each site, including "Report Management", "SOS", "Vehicle Approval", "Visitor Approval", and "Live Strength". Keep an eye on the pop-up counts, as they'll notify you of new actions for each tab (applicable only if assigned).

Report Management:-

Report Management Tab:-

The In-built Report Management system provides a centralized platform for generating and managing reports. Users can access the system to create, view, and organize reports. This centralization streamlines the reporting process, ensuring consistency and efficiency in generating reports.

This Digital reporting and trend analysis support strategic planning, performance evaluation, and identification of areas for improvement.

Two main functionalities of report management are as follows:-

UPLOAD REPORT ➢ VIEW REPORT :

The Report Management system maintains a record of past reports, allowing users to perform historical analysis and track trends over time

Gate Management Logs:-

“Gate management logs” by default to every Owner and Admin app.

Gate Management Logs:-

This tab includes “Vehicle” and “Visitor” logs created by every day recorded moments from approval tabs. The owner and admin also have the authority to edit existing vehicle logs. Example – Challans & Invoice image.

The vehicle and visitor logs provide a comprehensive record of all vehicles and visitors entering and exiting the premises.

These logs enhance security measures by allowing the Owner and security personnel to track and monitor who enters and leaves the facility. The logs serve as a historical record of past visitor and vehicle activities. They provide a valuable reference for future reference or analysis.
